RULES AND REGULATIONS
CAMPING GRANADA
1. Admission and Registration:
Access to the campsite is restricted to those who have
completed the check-in procedure at reception. You must present a
valid identity document. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave in the event of
behaviour that affects the safety or peace and quiet of the campsite.
2. Plots and Facilities:
The pitches are intended exclusively for tents, caravans or
motorhomes. It is forbidden to alter the layout of the site or install any permanent fixtures.
All guests must keep their pitch clean and respect the vegetation.
3. Quiet Hours and Night-time Rest:
To ensure everyone can rest, complete silence is required
between 23:00 and 08:00.
● Motor vehicles are strictly prohibited during this period.
● If arriving after 23:00, vehicles must be parked in the
outdoor car park.
● No loud music or noisy conversations are permitted during these hours
4. Use of the swimming pool:
The swimming pool is an unsupervised relaxation area.
● Opening hours must be strictly observed.
● Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
● For health and safety reasons, pets, food and glass containers are not permitted on the premises.
5. Pets:
Dogs are welcome subject to the following conditions:
● They must always be kept on a lead within the campsite.
● Owners must clear up after their dogs immediately.
● Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool or toilet blocks.
6. Health and Safety and Fire Prevention:
Barbecues: The use of charcoal or wood-burning barbecues is strictly prohibited throughout the
premises. Only approved gas or electric cookers are permitted, provided they are supervised.
● It is forbidden to light fires on the ground.
● Fire extinguishers are positioned as shown on the reception floor plan.
7. Evacuation Instructions:
In the event of an alert or evacuation signal:
● Stay calm and follow the staff’s instructions.
● Do not waste time gathering bulky items.
● Walk to the Assembly Point (near the main entrance).
● Do not block the roads with vehicles so as to allow emergency services to get through.
8. Environment and Tobacco:
● Guests must keep the campsite clean, look after the greenery and use water sparingly.
● Smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed buildings and permanent facilities
(reception, toilet blocks, offices, reception area, restaurant, etc.) and by the swimming pool.
9. Video surveillance:
To ensure the safety of property and people, the communal areas
(restaurant and reception) are under CCTV surveillance. For any enquiries regarding the exercise
of your rights of access to the footage, please contact the Management.
